"The room was not equipped w/ any utensils or dishes at all. The saving grace that made the stay somewhat decent were the front end people running the show. Besides that the property is in rough shape and the room had holes on the walls, cracking on the furniture, and they even left me a half used bottle of shampoo. "Typical motel style establishment, we stayed one night before a morning flight home, was great for that, clean, check in staff was super friendly, lots of great communication prior to stay, I would totally recommend this for a night stay (or a few)"

"The hotel in it's entirety was disgusting/gross (I can't think of a nicer word, I am sorry). Everything that was promoted in the website was not there. I understand that the terms and conditions of reservations didn't allow for any refunds or partial return of any credit, but wouldn't the fair thing be that if what you promote something and the customer doesn't find it safe enough to stay, there should be some kind of compensation for the customers troubles. "I stayed in room 107 and the bottom of the door has a gap so that you could see outside. The room and a musty odor no matter how much Lysol I spray. I didn’t complain to the front desk because I do have an active 6yr old and I prefer a room downstairs so that he didn’t disturb any of the guests. The fridge was crappy and barely kept anything cold so I had to continue to get ice. And ice machine was at the end of the building on the second floor which is kind of scary when you are just traveling...
