It was stunning and pristine. Very well managed, maintained and extremely clean. Awesome amenities and restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful. My wife and I loved it and we’re so glad we chose to stay here for our 25th anniversary.

I had a mini vacation here between conferences at the University of Florida. I had a delightful room, wonderful facilities, gardens, saltwater pool, and the cat Butterscotch was a wonderful friend as I had a lovely evening in a rocker on the porch with a bit of wine and a book. I highly recommend the massage therapist option. She was wonderful and set up and collapse was not intrusive in my room.

Really fun place to stay! I've stayed here a few times and it's always a pleasure. Each room has its own theme and they really go all out with the decor. The breakfast is excellent; a hot meal cooked fresh, and the staff are very accommodating of food allergies. The B&B keeps a stock of snacks and teas/drinks out all day. This B&B is SUPER clean. We have been to the Crystal River area a few times, but this was our first time staying at Kings Bay Lodge. We picked this place because it was on the water and close to the springs. The room was decorated nicely and very quite at night. If you're bringing you own paddle board or kayak it's not a far paddle to the springs. The south beaches of Cocoa Beach are really the best, and these cottages are located in a quiet area compared to other places close to the pier. I was a solo traveler, but this would be a great place for a family get away as well.

I love our 2 night stay with a family of 4 with a 4 month old baby. The bathroom is spacious and the room is just right for us. I just hope that smoking OUTSIDE the room isnt allowed because the smoke goes in our room if your neighboring room is smoking since the doors are too close to each other. That is the only thing I hope they put something in place of. Like maybe separate the non smoking rooms from the ones who smoke so we don’t have to pass by them smoking.

Location very convient to main Hwy, shopping and food. Easy access to property, without fighting traffic to get in and out. Breakfast was the excellent. Easily one of the best, of this type, that I have had.

Beware DOG FRIENDLY...I don't travel with my dogs and didn't hear any here thanfully. It's a Very nice place NO PARKING FOR TRUCK WITH TRAILERS. Place is full I got the last room which is a condo practically very nice place. Bed is superb TV swivels so can watch on sofa or in the bed. Plush towels etc. It's $300 a night hotel not what I wanted to spend but it's all I could find. Nice place has fire pit outside can sit out with a fire.

Will definitely stay at this party again when I visit Tampa in the future.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. We like being a bit off the path of Daytona Beach but close enough to dining and shopping. The room was great, very clean and the kitchenette was a bonus. The best part is really the beach access. Great location, perfect for families, many were there and using the outdoor grills for convenient meals. We enjoyed the breakfast and ate at a couple nearby restaurants within a 5 minute walk.

Quick stop over on the way to a funeral lots of dogs on/in the property. I like dogs but dont believe they should be allowed in Breakfast area. There were five dogs when I went down all hanging by the food. Hotel is nice. Rooms are spacious. Got a good recommendation for dinner from the front desk.

Beautiful and welcoming resort property. There was plenty to do onsite and evrythimg was well kept and tastefully decorated/furnished.

My wife and I stay here several times a year, even living in Tampa to make it easy to fly out of country. Was very pleased with our room #422 and also had room #423 (gold members upgrade). Was offered the lounge, but it was closed on weekends. Will be staying again in April and would like the lounge if possible then. Great stay!

This is a very nice hotel located at ICON park. Every staff member that we interacted with was friendly and helpful. The room was large and exceptionally clean. The husband thought the bed was very comfy. Lots of water pressure in the shower. Plentiful free parking. Close to many of the major Orlando attractions and a ton of restaurants within walking distance.
