The staff members were extremely pleasant, courteous and helpful. The hotels looked very nice. There were issues that we experienced...first, the community bathroom (men's) near the lobby smelled very bad. Then in our room, the toilet was not flush correctly and had to call hotel maintenance; and lastly, our HVAC unit was not working correctly. The thermostat read 78 degrees and it felt more like 70 degrees; and then at night, the thermostat read 73 degrees and we set the air to cool and 70 degrees, the air would not turn on.

Very nice hotel! Very clean and we had a great view of the pool! We would definitely spend the extra money to stay here rather than some of the neighboring hotels.
