"Everything was lovely at the hotel! I wish the shuttle was exclusively for our hotel. If you are going to Disney, drive the 20 mins and pay the $30 parking. We took the free transportation, takes 50 mins - 1 hr after stopping at 5 hotels. After dropping us off, the driver had no idea about where we get picked up from at Animal Kingdom to return, his reply was "you made the reservation". We ended up paying $25 for an Uber back to the hotel. "
