"I like that there were vegetarian options in all the restaurants. Not many but at least some. Check in staff and cashiers in cafeteria were ok. Just doing their job, not exactly happy to be there. The hotel itself was ok. I wouldn’t have paid a little extra for the Volcano view, had I known It would be at the back of the hotel. What a walk. At least it’s was close to Volcano Bay. "2nd time staying here and will come back for sure. The hotel seems a bit old but fair enough for the price. Is very clean, the staff is very friendly. They offer Disney and universal transportation. The beds are comfy, the rooms have a fridge, microwave, coffee machine, perfect for short stays. I really recommend to stay here, there's a Walmart next to the hotel and Starbucks, across the street there's an IHOP and souvenir stores. The price is really good for what you actually get. "

"Stayed there with my family and we loved it!! Felt super safe with security on the front check in. Also, lots of activities planned every day to keep busy if you didn’t want to leave the resort. "

"Room was clean. The hallway smelled very musty. There was construction at 1 of the pools. The other pool was very nice. Liked that it has a Pizza Hut and Starbucks and a store for drinks and snacks. Car rentals can be done at the hotel too. The staff we came in contact with were great. We spent 2 nights there. There was no room service: changing garbage and replacing towels. Not sure if you are supposed to ask for that now or not. "

"This property (Home2 suite) is great and modern, only issues they don't have room Safe and the parking fee changed from Flat fee after 7 days of 70 dollars to 10 dollars per day, which i find unfair due to No local transport to anywhere, only transport ie your own/hire car or Uber. Maingate free transport to Disney has limited times for pick up and return and you must book online 24 hours before. SO TAKE NOTE ON TRANSPORT ISSUES.
