"Great location easy walk to Disney springs. Free shuttle to all Disney parks. Great pool and lazy river. good service at pool bar, restaurant and citrus Starbucks cafe. Room servicing poor. We opted for every other day and still they missed a day. We ran out of body wash, toilet paper and towels. All said we had a great time and would definitely return. "

"Called ahead as we were going to be a late arrival, it was no problem. Free drink coupon for an adult beverage at the bar. Pool was clean, with plenty of chair and towels supplied. Room was clean and had all the amenities needed. Plenty of outlets. Easy walk to Disney Springs on a nice paved trail with scenic views of ponds and wildlife. Last morning 5/26, there was no hot water. All the staff was wonderful, helpful, and kind. We would definitely return to this property."
