"The property was clean the staff were amazing the only problem for me was the size of the rooms and the dual washer and dryer. I would most definitely visit again but with a upgrade"

"The rooms smelt like mold and floors were dirty and the bedding was damp. We saw a cockroach! The water park did not open until 11 but the slides did not open until 2 and one one slide was going. The free breakfast was so bad I never seen a set up like that. Hot hard boiled eggs yogurt in a large bowl that u scoop out of and bread to make toast and cereal that’s it. There restaurant area the ceiling was leaking. We signed up for a shuttle to take us to Disney after waiting 45 min the lady behind the desk said he is not coming. For the inconvenience was supposed to credit my card for a night and I’m still waiting we left last Friday "

"The check in / out was in a building 1/2 mile away. I don’t think our rooms A/C was working because it was set at 70 degrees but I woke up hot and the room was 77 degrees. Luckily the night was cool and I was able to open the door for fresh cool air. I only stayed one night."

"When we got into our room, the tub was clogged and water would not run. I asked the front staff for help but they were not interested in helping and simply said that there's nothing they could do until the following day. This is a hotel for amusement parks and not having a shower it's not a pleasant experience. The next day, a manager was at the desk and I asked her if the top had been unclogged. She said she wouldn't know and not to hold her accountable if it wasn't. If we cannot hold the manager accountable, who can we? She said that the hotel was under new ownership and they didn't have the necessary night-staff to address emergency issues or available rooms to accomodate guests in this situations. So what if an AC brakes? What if a room floods? This is not good management for a hotel; especially with such disinterested staff without accountability. "

"The staff was friendly and accommodating, which we appreciated. However, the pool was a major concern—the chlorine levels seemed off, and my kids ended up with sore, irritated eyes. There were also pool lights coming loose and dangling in the water, which felt unsafe. We reported it, but it wasn’t addressed during our stay. The room itself was spacious and nice overall, but it felt worn and could use some updates, especially the bed frames."
