"Room was on the second floor and there was a strange smell in the hallway and the bed sheets. Staff did not clean the room or change out the towels until my third night. I discussed the towel change out with the front desk the second day, but it didn't happen. Fire alarm also went off on the last day for about 20 minutes but received no info regarding what to do so I walked outside until it stopped."

"The property was beautiful. The pools were warmed and the poolside bar was cute. The only negative was that the bar closed at 7:45. The staff at the restaurant were very friendly and attentive."

"We stayed there while visiting with a relative that had come to Orlando for vacation. We only went to a Disney park on one day but the hotel was conveniently located right off Highway 192 which has many restaurants and fast food restaurants, even many within walking distance. The shuttle to Disney was an added bonus as were the fresh cookies every evening. The free breakfast was nice as well."
