Miro Paradise Villa, 5 BDRM in Gated Aviana Resort with Pool, Spa, Wi-Fi

10/10 Excellent

"From beginning to end when we checked out, it could not been any better. Easy check in to a safe , quiet and gated community , with the property clean and spacious - 4 of us each had our own beds and bathrooms , it was most pleasant week of stay . Place was close to all the places we went from restaurant and golf courses. We loved our stay !!"

Peaceful home with Pool Dog friendly 4 Bedrooms 3 Bathrooms backyard view water.

"Fantastic spacious villa perfect for families or groups on holiday together. The private, heated pool was great to go home to after a day in the parks, and to have relaxing sunny mornings in.The location of the villa is ideal, especially for Disney parks as you can use the back roads and avoid the I-4 traffic congestion. 30min drive to Kissimmee, 45mins to airport, 15-20min drive to Disney parks and 30-45mins to Universal parks. Walmart, Aldi and Public supermarkets within 5-10min drive and very accessible. The community setting is private, gated and secluded, so you have peace to unwind into. The only improvement I would suggest for the kitchen is to increase the amount of cooking dishes / oven trays / pizza trays etc, but that’s a very minimal suggestion. Overall, great communication from the host, simple check-in, and a lovely villa. On a side note, the villa location is fantastic for watching early morning rocket launches!!!"

GORGEOUS 3 BED / 3 BATH VILLA WITH PRIVATE POOL. FULLY REMODELLED

10/10 Excellent

"The villa was perfect, just enough out of the way of the madness of I Drive and Kissimmee but close enough to get to Disney parks within 20-30 minutes and 40-45 minutes for Universal. Well known restaurants within a 10 minute drive of the villa. A nice quiet gated community, the villa itself felt very safe with its security system, kitchen had everything you needed. The bedrooms and en-suites were perfect. Would definitely stay here again."

8/10 Good

"This property used to have a king size bed in master room and it now has a queen, which we did not love. Other than that the host is very responsive and the property is very clean and well maintained."

"Wonderful property"

8/10 Good

"Kameron was really amazing with communication. I wish I could give a 10, but I can't. The house is beautiful, but they really need better cleaners. We found garbage everywhere - under the coffee table, behind night stands, around the pool, etc. Pictures show an Xbox, but there was a Play Station. (Not a huge deal, but still...) Pictures also show a red shade over the pool. It was not there. They also show four chairs for the patio table. There were two. The pool loungers are completely ripped apart. We weren't comfortable using them. There are dead plants all over the house. Many pots with dirt and dead plants. The stove has seen better days. The burners are in terrible condition. The ice maker on the fridge wasn't working. Kameron DID notify us before we arrived, so at least we were prepared for that. Again, not a big deal, but it's the little things.Overall, it truly is a beautiful house and the hosts are fantastic. They just need to find cleaners who care. If the little things were fixed - remove dead plants, clean up the garbage from previous renters, fix the chairs, etc, it would be a 10. Even saying this, we would stay, again. The master bed was AH-MAZING!!!"
