Hôtel Le Donjon - Coeur de la Cité Médiévale

8/10 Good

"The water in the shower sometimes turned off in the middle of a shower. Other time the water would not get hot."

Hotel de la Cité Carcassonne - MGallery Collection

10/10 Excellent

"Very pleasant stay here very central for Carcassonne old town and new. Some maintenance issues in my room but nothing to spoil my stay. Very clean, staff very helpful and really polite. Food and service was excellent. Had dinner last night truly first class nd my food intolerances well catered for. Overall well worth it and I would say good value for money."

Hotel du Pont Vieux, au pied de la Cité Médiévale

10/10 Excellent

"This small hotel is right at the base of the medieval city of Carcassonne, and had amazing views of the ramparts from our room and from a small roof terrace. Staff were really helpful with directions and recommendations for restaurants. The walls between rooms were a little thin, but the location was so quiet that we could sleep with the windows open. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve had in a small hotel, and the beautiful garden next to the breakfast room was truly delightful. Highly recommended!"

Tribe Carcassonne

10/10 Excellent

"Great value, clean and modern with nice design touches, in the rooms and all around the hotel. The view of the Citadel from my window was enchanting by day and by night - and from the restaurant and rooftop, just breathtaking. A short walk to the Citadel or main town, restaurants all nearby. Recommended."

Hotel l'Octroi

10/10 Excellent

"Great stay - staff couldn’t have been any more helpful or friendly"

Hôtel du Château & Spa Gemology

10/10 Excellent

"The superbe gentleman at check-in continues to be a wealth of knowledge and has been exceptional as the has progressed."

Résidence Carmina

10/10 Excellent

"Lovely spacious apartment with a balcony. Very good value for money. Used the swimming pool a couple of times and was the only person in there. Be aware it is in a retirement complex. The only negative is that the apartment wasn't cleaned while we were there (5 nights) and there were no cleaning products in there to do this ourselves. We were able to collect clean towels from reception but the used ones were not collected. Should have just asked. Having said all that, I would stay there again and simply buy some cleaning wipes."

Campanile Carcassonne Est La Cite

8/10 Good

"Nice, clean place, close to exit."

Cerise Carcassonne Sud

8/10 Good

"Propre, bien situé, proche de la cité médiévale. Toutefois, les meubles et chambre ne reflètent pas les images, plus vieux et basic . Faut s attendre à payer des extra si on veut un café. Personnel accueillant."
