"It’s a 10/10 hotel, but the staff at the breakfast area looks overwhelmed and was not nice to my family and me. They made us waiting too long just to get clean dishes and glasses without apologizing. None than that it was a good place to stay."

"We had two interior facing rooms and were upgraded so we had a bed, couch and chair with coffee table and bathroom. The all you can eat breakfast was great - lots of options and was available for a wide time window. Location was very convenient near Plaza del Sol and walking distance to the Prado ..."
