Spacious Riverhouse with private park/boat ramp

Spacious Riverhouse with private park/boat ramp

10/10 Excellent
"The house was fantastic for our group! Only thing I would suggest is some curtains in the bedrooms. The master was very bright in the morning. Other that that, it was perfect!!"

"Great location. Great space for all to spread out. Refreshing pool. Close by to river and restaurants. But also far enough away for peace and quiet. Looking forward to coming back"

Grand Sand Riverfront, private beach & boat dock

8/10 Good
"I was glad a previous reviewer mentioned that water shoes would be beneficial as the bottom of the river was rocky/grassy in places. Also, I recommend downloading the QR code prior to arrival because we had to drive clear back into town in order to open link provided by host."

Parker Studio Nestled on the Colorado River!

Parker Studio Nestled on the Colorado River!

10/10 Excellent
"A little apartment we had was very nice and clean, there was a window AC unit but the apartment stayed cool even though it was 108 outside Water level goes up and down, the current does get pretty strong for the dock use, the launch ramp is pretty steep on low release it's only possible with small trailer, the launch ramp is an awesome feature for this property that's mainly why I booked itManagement / homeowners are really nice and easy to work with"

"Great location for boating on the river and Lake Havasu. Access to the boat launch ramp was easy, and plenty of parking. The river can be tricky to navigate when the water is low. The other option is to launch at the lake about 2 miles away."
