"The rooms were nice with the kitchen and beds were comfy, but the floors had a thick layer of dirt, and our feet were black if we were barefoot in the condos. Also, it was so hot that we could not cool off in the shower (water was too hot), same with the pool, it was so warm that there was really no relief from the heat. That may just be typical for July in Arizona, but it made the stay just a little less satisfactory."

"As hotels go in this town this is one of the good ones. I've stayed several times, and it is really the only place I'll stay when I'm in Havasu. the rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is well stocked and clean, and the AC keeps the room nice and cool. just make sure you bring ear plugs, the AC is one of the older wall units, so it is kinda loud, but it's worth it for the cool temps. good wifi as well! and the breakfast in the morning's arent bad at all."
