"I was very pleased when we arrived a couple of hours early and our room was ready for check-in. The property appeared clean however, the bathtub could use a thorough scrubbing, it should be white when clean. I would also say the floor shouldn't look dingy when clean. My other issues were with the fridge and AC, the knob was removed from the fridge so it could not be turned down and barely cooled our beverages and food. Second, the AC was missing the control buttons, making it extremely difficult to adjust the temp. In general, I would stay again in hopes my issues were an anomaly but I am disappointed I paid $250.00 a night and could not adjust the AC or have cold drinks from the the fridge."

"I have never in my adult life had to wait for over an hour in line to check into a hotel. Total wait time at Laughlin River Lodge was nearly 2 hours. Absolutely ridiculous. The check in process was inefficient and, when coupled with only three staff members to process dozens of guests, an absolute nightmare. Room was okay and seemed clean."

"Room look old, the ac vent was in a weird location in the corner facing away from the bed, it wasn't properly cleaned. I found stuff next to the bed and behind the dresser. The restaurants and adult pool area was nice. The lady where you get on the river boat was nice and very informative. She was able to answer all our questions. I wish they had an area where we could watch the boxing fight that was on Saturday. Free parking was nice and self check in kiosk were great. I didn't have to wait in line to check in and get my room key."

"Awesome place in Oatman. Beautiful views, and of course, lots of wild burros. It is super neat to walk the town after it shuts down around 6pm. The place has so many mounted animals...it feels like an American safari. "

"The facility is wonderful. It is a bit older (35 years), but is well maintained. The staff is superb in every way. Courteous and efficient. I wish they'd (aling with all casinos) ban smoking or contain the smoking to an enclosed area. "

"The property was clean but the rooms a little dirty not as clean as they were before. They need to put coffee and microwaves in the rooms especially for the senior and handicapped guest. Overall we had a good stay."
