Property like casino and restaurants were clean and friendly. My hotel room almost clean, found hair laying on floor in bathroom called housekeeping in afternoon when returned back to room for second night after told them if they can clean room, but no one showed up. But overall the room views were spectacular, overall service at Harrah’s always been great people.

Kids pool was cloudy and certainly not clean adult pool was ok, not big. Lots of amenities but got tired of outside areas needing reservations (loungers, tables, cabanas etc…) requiring extra money. Room was decent bathroom was fully renovated. Gym was great.
