Overall a good resort. Extra charges for Mini Safe and internet (by device) were the only things that were a down side. Book a superior Room, they are much much better.

L'internet payant c'est la première fois qu'on voit ça un gros malus. Les animations pas très variées. La nourriture etait la même tout les jours et avec pas beaucoup de goût surtout pour le sucré. Sinon l'hôtel est beau, les spectacles sont bien et en dernier point les parasols bleus enlaidissent la plage et protègent rien

Im Gegensatz zu den meisten Hotels, Ist der Club mit niedrigen Gebäuden erstellt und lässt dadurch eine Familiäre Stimmung aufkommen. Den rest macht macht das Personal. Dann ist man endgültig bei Freunden angekommen oder sogar im zweiten Zuhause.

Teleurstellend!

Het aquapark was super leuk voor kinderen van alle leeftijden. Animatie team was ook leuk. Kamer was wel oké. Schoonmaak viel erg tegen. Staff/personeel zeer onvriendelijke. Merhaba is teveel gevraagd! Eten was elke dag hetzelfde. Geen variatie. En bij het avond eten moest je echt rennen om een tafel binnen te bemachtigen. Toen wij aankwamen had mijn zoontje zijn hoofd gestoten. Wij vroegen aan de dames van de receptie of ze ff ijs kunnen halen zodat het niet blauw weer. Dat kon niet, maar wij konden dat wel zelfs doen. Wij wisten helemaal de weg nog niet en waren heel erg moe. Wij zijn ook eerder vertrokken omdat wij zwaar teleurgesteld waren in deze hotel!

Все супер! В период майских предназначен для спорта и активного отдыха. Даже песок с тела после игр смывают каждый день на территории. Удобные Бассейны. Смело можно отдыхать с детьми, все комфортно. Из минусов. Номера небольшие, кондеры направлены в кровати (странно). И жутко раздражала очередь за омлетом)) на завтрак. Неужели, сложно поставить 3-4-5 чел для приготовления. В остальном отлично, персонал приветливый, на ресепшн тоже помогали решать мелкие нюансы оперативно. Уборка иногда мимо и что то забывали положить, но и отель был под завязку. Отдыхал с семьёй с двумя детьми в мае.

Bäst hotel

Klub Kastalia it is a family hotel. The owner is very friendly but does not have a good English. However, the owners are extremely helpful and careful. The breakfast is good with some Turkish delicacies. The location is great, you do not have to move a lot. The W-Fi works well, very rare thing in Turkey.
