    ROUTE FROM AIRPORT TO MENORCA RENTALS RECEPTION

    -As you leave the Airport follow signs to Mahon, you will come to a roundabout with a sculpture in the centre. Take the second exit signposted, Ciutadella.

    -Continue along this road, until you come to another roundabout, which you should go straight over.

    -You will go down a hill to another roundabout, please take care at this junction. At this roundabout you must turn left (second exit) and join the main road (Me-1) for Ciutadella.

    -Continue on this road (ignoring two turn off signs for Alaior town) until you see an exit for Son Bou/San Jaime on the right; take this exit.

    -At the bottom of this slip road, you will come to a roundabout. Turn left under the bypass road and take the 3rd exit towards Son Bou/San Jaime/Torre Soli Nou.

    -Continue on this road for a further 6km until you reach the resort and pass through a short stone tunnel, where you will come to a roundabout. Continue straight on.

    -After approximately 1km take the 4th road on the left into Calle Bellamirada.

    -On arrival you will need to register at the Menorca Rentals RECEPTION (low floor) and collect your keys.

Lovely villa in fairly close vicinity to main shops / restaurants and handy for the wonderful bakery. Not too far up the hill. We were 6 adults and todler. It might have been a bit more difficult to fit in, if there had been more of us, as there was only enough crockery etc, seats and sun loungers for 6, despite sleeping capacity for at least 2 more adults. Maybe they add more for larger parties. The swimming pool and pool area is one of the best we've had in Son Bou. Really good and pool was filled / cleaned twice during our week's stay. Towels were replaced halfway through the week too. The villa could do with a bit of updating - kitchen and bedrooms have old-fashioned - possibly the original -doors and cupboards. However both bathrooms are fresh and very modern. There are 4 (and 1/2) bedrooms but only 2 with air conditioning which could be an issue for some - we just about managed ok though. Minor issue was lack of dishwasher tablets and clothes washing liquid. It would have nice to have these. Nor was there any type welcome pack, which while not expected, would have been a nice touch. There was a Cleaning Pack, but that wasn't up to much. All in all though, we would stay at the villa again.

Belvedere

The villa was spacious and beautiful. The pool was bigger than we expected and well-maintained. We loved the flow of the house in the convenience of location. Overall, it was a great experience.

A spacious, comfortable villa, with great views and close to the beach, shops and bars.

I would highly recommend this villa, it has a beautiful, large pool and garden with spacious balconies overlooking the sea. We were a party of 8 adults and the villa accommodated us easily. The Beach, shops and bars are all within easy walking distance. I would stay here again.

Family holiday

The villa had fantastic views over Son Bou and the surrounding areas. The villa was a great size for 2 families of 4 plus we had lots of room in the pool for all of us and the inflatables! We had a few ants in the kitchen and the doors were difficult to open for the bedroom to the balcony. This is possibly due to the age of the doors. Decor was dated and the wooden wardrobes got stuck when trying to open them. We had an issue with the washing machine which was unfortunately something that couldn’t be rectified by maintenance. Overall we had a fantastic time and would recommend thus villa/area to friends and family.
