Villa Esplendor by Escape Home

This villa is Mediterranean in style, with 5 bedrooms and wonderful sea views. The villa is situated very close to the shopping centre and Son Bou beach, which makes it highly recommendable if you don't want to rely too much on the car. The villa is divided into 2 levels: On the upper floor, from where you access the villa, there is a large lounge with air conditioning, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a single bedroom.

On the same floor there is a toilet and a terrace that offers wonderful views of Son Bou Beach. Going down the stairs, you access the lower floor, where the four double bedrooms are located. One has a double bed, air conditioning with clock and en-suite bathroom. The other three bedrooms have single beds, fans and share a full bathroom.

All bedrooms connect with the terrace with sea views. From here you can already access the swimming pool area, which is equipped with outdoor furniture and also has a large barbecue area, equipped with a fridge and sink.



We would like to inform you that construction work may currently be taking place on a nearby property, which could cause some noise during your stay. In any case, during the months of July and August the use of heavy machinery is not permitted, so activity during that period is limited to lower-impact work.

For groups formed by guests aged between 18 and 26 years, a refundable deposit of €150 per person is required.

During local holiday periods, the Pentecost Festival and for stays between 15 and 30 June, the refundable deposit will be €300 per person.

The deposit must be paid by credit or debit card before arrival.

The amount will be refunded after check-out, once the property inspection has been carried out, provided that no damage has occurred and the house rules have been respected.



Tourist tax:

In accordance with the regulations of the Parliament of the Balearic Islands, the Sustainable Tourism Tax is applied to all guests staying in tourist accommodation in the Balearics.

If this tax is not included in the reservation price, it must be paid before arrival by card.
