Spacious recently renovated detached villa in an isolated location with stunning sea views. It has a large swimming pool with Roman steps and a built-in barbecue. Satellite television is available. Air conditioning is present in all rooms, making this an excellent option for a family getaway. Located quite high on a hill. Bars, restaurants, shops and the beach can be reached on foot, but remember that you will need to climb back up.
House layout (two levels):
1. On the main level are the living room, dining room and kitchen. From here, 6 steps up to the double bedroom and the double bedroom with a separate bathroom (shower above the bathtub) shared between the two rooms.
2. On the lower floor there is a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds and an independent bathroom (independent bathtub and shower) shared between the two bedrooms.
Access to the swimming pool is from the lounge area.
As the house is on the hill, it is accessed from the street by stairs.
