Villa Romani by Escape Home

Mediterranean style and located in one of the most exclusive streets of Torre Soli, Villa Romani invites you to enjoy fabulous views of Son Bou beach.

The villa is made up of two floors and is accessed by ramp or stairs. On the first floor is the dining room equipped (TV with digital channels and free Wi-Fi, DVD) with air conditioning with direct access to the kitchen, which is fully equipped with electric oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, capsule coffee maker and Italian or filter coffee maker and fridge with freezer. It has a separate toilet.

There is also direct access to a beautiful and covered outdoor terrace with its corresponding built-in barbecue area, where you can enjoy magnificent views of the sea.

On the ground floor are the three double rooms, the first room, a little larger and with access to the terrace with sea views, has a double bed, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and the other 2 with single beds both with air conditioning and access to the terrace and finally a separate bathroom with shower. Separate laundry room with washing machine.

Where the pool is located (9x5), it is spacious and from it you can enjoy beautiful views of the sea, it is equipped with outdoor furniture.

Escape Home reserves the right to request a mandatory security deposit for groups of young people under 26 years old. This deposit must be paid by card before arrival and will be refunded after check-out, once the condition of the property and the appropriate behavior of the group during the stay have been verified.

Tourism Tax:

In accordance with the regulations of the Parliament of the Balearic Islands, a Sustainable Tourism Tax is applied to all guests staying in tourist accommodations in the Balearic Islands.

If this tax is not included in the reservation price, it must be paid before arrival by card.
