Villa Son Esbert by Villa Plus

Son Esbert is set in a beautiful serene countryside location on the outskirts of the town of Alaior. A traditional 3 bedroom Menorcan villa with a stunning pool area surrounded by a grass lawn and with scenic views. The location is ideal with Alaior less than 10 minutes' drive away, with many other local towns and beach resorts, as well as the capital Mahon, all within an easy drive. Air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and Wi-Fi are included.

If you're looking to get away from it all, Villa Son Esbert is a detached property set in a countryside location away from the hustle and bustle of modern life. The traditional town of Alaior is still just a short drive away, with plenty of cafes, tapas bars and a weekly market. The nearest beach is just 10 minutes' drive away in Calan Porter, which is also home to lots of bars and restaurants as well as the famous Caves of Xoroi.

Main pool: 8 x 4.4 mtr, 0.9 - 1.9 mtr depth

Lead traveller must be 21 years old or older.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.

Reasonable price/performance in the low season

+ the pool (!!!) + secluded location + size + enough space for everything, storage cupboards in the kitchen as well as clothes etc. + sufficiently close to everything that is important (supermarket, excursion destinations...) - foreign hair in the towels - Kitchen not well equipped, lack of cutlery, cups, glasses, decent pans - both bathrooms and the kitchen urgently need to be renovated - cupboards are warped, drawers do not close properly Translated with DeepL.com (free version)
