"At the arrival time (4:40pm) the heating was not working. My room was cold and the bathroom had no hot water. The staff came and after three and half hours, it has started working. I was moved into another room with hot water, but the heating was off. Still, the room was not warm till 8:15pm. The staff was supportive, but they should have checked the heating before my arrival. The location is great and the breakfast is offered at a small pastry (200m from the property)."

"Amazing location with romantic summer evening walks in countryside dirt road full of flashing fire flies. In the morning we have got delicious breakfast from local food. Staying was very pleasant in a very nice designed room and house and garden. We recommend also a hike to caves nearby for more advanced hikers. "

"My wife and I stayed for a couple of nights recently and we have nothing, but positive feedback. This property is run by a Dutch/Flemish couple and they were exceptional. Great breakfast, comfortable room and it was great to wake up to a remarkable view of the local landscape. They also can recommend local dinner options and even call to make reservations for you. "The B&B was a beautiful place & lovely people. This is a lovely little family B&B that have dogs chickens and horses all friendly. The rooms were clean and made up everyday. We didn’t use much of there facilities as we were up and out most of the day for a motorcross event then back out for dinner in the evenings so mainly just the bed shower and breakfast I personally am not a continental breakfast kind of person but there was a very large variety on that side and they did do scrambled...

"A lovely little place near a beautiful area of Italy. The town is cute and quiet. The mountains are lovely and this is a great place to stay if you want to visit Frasassi Caves. The owner was friendly and welcoming. As a visitor from the United States, the host was able to speak excellent English which made the check in a breeze. Highly recommend!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Amy's villa. It was very clean, well-equipped and very comfortable (the villa is very spacious and the rooms cool, even at night ). The pool was very clean and also cleaned during our stay. We had a great welcome. "Cristiano war ein sehr entspannter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber! Das Haus ist sehr schön und geräumig, perfekt für eine kleine Reise mit mehreren Leuten. Avenale ist ein schöner und ruhiger Ort. Das Internet war nicht besonders schnell, war aber in Ordnung. Zum Einkaufen fährt man gut und gerne 30 Minuten, kann aber auch in dem kleinen Laden nebenan einkaufen. Vielen Dank, Cristiano...
