"Modern hotel with a quick check-in process and welcoming staff. However, the location is not close to Milan’s city center or main historical attractions. Our initial room had a musty odor, and the shower drain was clogged. Maintenance came to inspect it and assured us the issue was fixed, but after another shower, the drain remained clogged. We ultimately had to request a room change, which was inconvenient as we had already unpacked and had to repack all of our belongings before moving.
To add to our disappointment, we were charged for the full breakfast buffet even though we only had coffee and a croissant. While the staff was friendly and welcoming, the room issues and unexpected breakfast charge negatively affected our overall experience."
