Excellent location to navigate a Napoli visit. There is no front desk.you must contact the host. It's self check in which was a bit confusing at first but once accomplished, the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The price was very reasonable and I would definitely recommend

Pros: 1. Good location, away from some of the more touristy areas. 2. Fantastic food close by (don't miss Osteria da Carmela). 3. AC!!!!! 4. I had an exceptional stay at Maria's Bright Flat near Napoli's Il Duomo. From the very beginning, the experience was seamless—Maria's team kindly accommodated an early check-in and greeted me warmly at the building's door. The location couldn't be more ideal. Just steps away from the Duomo Metro station, it's incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Great little apartment just 5 minutes’ walk from the central train station and Metro. A 20-25 minute walk gets you to the old central part of the city, with shops and eateries all along the way. Apartment is on the 4th floor and has a kitchenette, A/C and a balcony. Landlord was quick with responses to questions. Definitely recommend this and would stay here again.

Inside the rooms was great! Elevator costs money so bring 10 cent Euro coins if you can’t do stairs. Train station was about a 7-10 minute walk. The buses nearby are great. One night we all got locked out of the building, about 10-12 people around midnight. Luckily the man at the pizza place across the street came over and worked on the door and got it to open. Keypad was broken. Very noisy so if you need quiet to sleep, bring earplugs. The person checking us in gave us earplugs...

Excellent location, check in is a little tricky (you have to coordinate with their staff over WhatsApp- so that can be a little difficult if your train is running late), however their staff was super responsive and available within 15 mins. The apartment was clean and well appointed, larger than expected, having a washing machine was a real bonus. Overall, very well laid out and exactly what we needed for our stay in Naples- highly recommend!
