The only thing I had trouble with was the staff at the front one checking in she gave a little bit of attitude, but God bless her, and there were some problems with the shower head, the water wasn’t coming out correctly, but honestly, I Was just grateful that there was water coming out at least and on the bottom of the tub there is spots red spots. I’m guessing they are permanent, but that made me a little bit uneasy, Also, a lot of small face cloths but besides that everything else was cool."

"My first time visiting Albany, it was for business, and all I need is clean quiet place to sleep. Yes, the hotel was not the little old building, which I could pick some aged detail, I could nick pick here and there such as cracked paint spots here and there. But overall, very clean and quiet. very nice hotel, I do not need anything luxury to sleep peacefully. Bathroom was very clean and nice, so does all towel and sheets. I was surprised they also have nice free breakfast. For the price, this is the best hotel in Albany."
