"I can write about how comfortable and clean the room was (which it certainly was!), but I think more credit should be given to the great staff at the hotel. I had a little hiccup with a hotel reservation the day I arrived in Albany and had to find another place to stay. I didn't get the name of the person who was running the front desk that day, but they were incredibly friendly and helpful with setting up a last minute reservation and getting me settled. It certainly set the tone for my stay, and everyone else I spoke with was just as personable and good spirited. Would definitely stay again!"

"We recently stayed here with our youth baseball team for a tournament. The facilities were so nice and the staff were all amazing!! We had so much fun over the weekend and we were so impressed by the cleanliness and friendliness! Great outdoor space for our team to cook out and hang together and FREE laundry to wash all those baseball pants after games. "
