Portside Views Apartment is situated on Mount Clarence boasting gorgeous views of Albany's Princess Royal Harbour. This exceptional location allows you to enjoy a 5 minute walk to Albany's CBD with it's quaint shops, restaurants, cafes and weekend farmer's markets. Opposite the apartment are the bush walking trails of Mount Clarence which wind up to the famous Anzac Memorial with incredible views of Albany's coastline. Only a few minutes drive will take you to the famous Ellen Cove Boardwalk or to Middleton Beach in the heart of Albany where whales and dolphins can be spotted between June and October. A popular local pub, The Earl Of Spencer, is just down the road with good food and a great old times atmosphere.

This modern, freshly appointed and nautical inspired apartment is fully self-contained and is located on the bottom floor of one of Albany's finest homes with its own private entrance via stairs down the outside of the house.

The master bedroom with a luxurious king bed looks out over the water to the hills of the peninsula on the other side. A second bedroom has a queen and single bed with an additional trundle single bed underneath that can be pulled out if required. The apartment can comfortably sleep 4 adults and 2 children, perfect for couples and families alike. Pedestal fans are provided for cooling. A comfortable leather lounge suite surrounds a large smart TV with the ability for guests to login to their own Netflix, Stan, YouTube and Google Play accounts, connect chrome cast or use the internet. There is unlimited Wi-Fi available. There is a separate dining area with an adjoining balcony and a large bathroom with corner bath, all of which inspire you to take in the stunning harbour views. The bathroom also contains a double vanity, separate shower, heated towel rail and toilet.

The kitchen has a gas oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee pod machine. The kitchen adjoins the laundry area complete with washing machine and dryer as well as an additional separate toilet.

All linen is professionally laundered. We also supply tea, coffee, sugars, milks and a selection of Nespresso pods for use in the coffee machine. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, shower caps and hand soaps are also provided.

A guidebook is provided featuring the house rules as well as local activity and restaurant recommendations. The apartment must be left in the same condition as found or additional cleaning charges may apply. Please let us know if you require both single beds so we can prepare them for you.
