The welcome reception was lovely and the room was small which was expected, had an absolutely gorgeous view of the lake. "We booked for people. The room was extremely crowded and tight; possibly unsafe due to how tight it was with such small and tight space. Disappointed that in a trendy place like Milan, the hotel bar did not know how to make a whisky drink, or when explained - they said the ingredients were not available. The gym was small and tight; minimal equipment and the multifunction equipment was broken. The building and room was beautiful and very clean though."
