Ein absolutes Highlight war das Entgegenkommen bei early-Check-In und late-Check-Out (Chalet war nicht belegt vor und nach unserem Aufenthalt, trotzdem ist das Entgegenkommen nicht selbstverständlich). Sauna ist für ein Chalet dieser Grösse sehr klein, die untere Saunaebene durch geringen Abstand nicht nutzbar. "The wifi was non existent. I tried to tell the front staff and they were not receptive and leaving shortly, at 9pm! The walls were full of huge black streaks. The bedding was full of piles - obviously they wash their sheets with their towels I am guessing. The mattresses were terrible as were the pillows. The pillows were so very sad. The only salvation was the breakfast staff - super awesome! I have to say I thought I would have had the chance to express my concerns the next morning; however, there was a sign that no one would be there until after 1pm. So from 9pm at night until after 1pm the next day - no one to address your concerns! Idk how this property got such a high rating. Expedia also tried to contact this property and was not successful! Very disappointed."
