"The customer service at this hotel was terrible! To simplify to a couple words "They didn't give a s***". 1. There is a boat that goes from mainland to the island where the hotel is. The boat does not run if there are thunderstorms. No one from the hotel notified us about this and told us that the boat is NOT running now and we can not get to the hotel tonight. "We travel when we can, and experience a wide variety of places. We have only just come across Harry’s. Location was important plus evening arrival and early start the next day. Everything was in place for this, so Harry’s will see us again! Their mid-Europe locations tend mostly to suit if you have an Austrian destination or place where short stay fits well. Villach is a very important place, and has been since I first visited 65 years ago."
