"Lovely place to stay shame about the weather but that didn’t take away from the beauty of the place , just made us want to come back when it’s warmer . The cottage had everything you need and more and the host Julie was fantastic answered all our questions and was extremely accommodating."

"Basement full of mold. Have video of all issues. Leak in ceiling when arrived. Had to leave the property due to mold and issues. Needs to be removed and condemned by the city. Tubes were seen venting the basement out the basement windows due to mold."

We were extra impressed with all the thoughtful touches - plenty of pods for the coffee maker, tools for a lobster dinner, basic condiments for meals, etc. Great location for visiting the region, and all that Alma had to offer within easy walking distance. "Our family had a wonderful time on our 4 night stay early September 2026. It was very comfortable, nicely decorated with plenty of spaces to sit around and lounge both inside and outside,,the enclosed sunporch is lovely for gathering. It was such a treat to be able to walk to the beach to watch the sunrise and sunset at Parlee and Bluff. I would say that the walk itself was closer to 6 minutes than 3 as advertised, even at a good pace. Overall we would return in a heartbeat!"

"Lovely little cottage. Had everything we needed to cook; shower etc. beds were very comfortable. Games and movies supplied. Drip and pod coffee makers available. Decor very nice, beachy/ cottage feel. Very clean. Would 100% book again. Cons - very minor - a couple window panes have cracks. The mini-split AC works very well; so we don’t need to open windows. Patio chairs were a bit old; but functional. We brought bottled water based on other reviews."
