"Home itself is older. Some of the furniture could be updated and more lighting added in the living room. Definitely has a “college-kid” vibe. The outdoor space is great! Would be lovely in the summer. It’s a great space if you have dogs as the backyard is all fenced. The location makes this place really good!! Very walkable to eateries, coffee, and boutiques. Overall, don’t expect luxury, but perfect if you need a space to house a lot of people and want something that is walkable, dog friendly, and in a quiet neighborhood. I’d definitely stay here again.
