"I do not know if the ladies at coffee shop on the lower ground floor are employees of Fairmont or independently run cofee shop. I thought they could do better with giving a bit of smile. The only room for improvement I would like to share from the recent stay at Jasper Park Lodge. Other than that it was 11 out of 10. "

"Stayed a short two nights. The room was spacious, comfortable and although on lvl 2 of the resort the view was still stunning. Had breakfast once but was expensive and average so we chose to eat elsewhere the rest of the time. All in all while the product sold was excellent, in terms of value for money i would not recommend nor would i stay here again. "All in all it was a nice place to stay. We booked a king suite with a balcony and it had a more of a basic room feel to it. There was a very tiny patio with lots of cover from the trees. The down side with the patio was that it was right beside the walking path with no privacy from the people walking passed. The room was very clean and fairly quiet but we wouldn’t call it a suite compared to others we have been in. The staff were all very pleasant to deal with and very friendly."

"Excellent rustic experience. We received a complimentary upgrade to a bungalow and it was such a pleasant surprise. This property is nearly 90 years old and super well maintained and comfortable. We had a wood burning fireplace in the living room which was separate from the bedroom. Overall, it was charming and we would definitely go back. The staff was very friendly and helpful. "Close to restaurants and the beach. Dog friendly room was right next to the elevator so with the increased traffic/noise caused increased barking. Probably should have those rooms down at the end of the hallway on both floors. "

"We had a wonderful stay in Canmore. The suite was as advertised. The unit was well equipped and suited our needs quite well. Jody is a wonderful host and very helpful with all our questions. The area was very good for walking our dog and very close to many shops and services. We look forward to our next visit there."

"Easy to get to, quiet and comfortable. The view wasn’t what we were expecting, and the construction next door we weren’t aware of until after booking. Bedrooms were beautiful, no bathroom on main floor which wasn’t ideal for our family needs. Overall stay was good though."

"Beautiful house, comfy beds, good location, great space and the hosts were amazing. I was a little hesitant to go somewhere that was a shared space, but we had complete privacy, and yet they still attended to our every need. Would highly recommend."

"Clean and comfortable. Stocked with everything you would need. Hosts were great at providing all the information needed. The only negative thing worth mentioning is that the bedroom was freezing. Turning up the heat and using the fireplace did nothing to warm up the bedroom. Temperatures were only about -5 when we stayed. Maybe the hosts could provide a small electric heater for the bedroom. Other than that everything was great."
