"Beyond our expectations! Booked two units for family stopover in Rockies. Used pool, dry sauna, and complex gas bbq to cook smokies . The local bus tickets were an unexpected treat Rocky Mountain bath products were a huge bonus. Units were exceptionally clean and comfortable. Staff was pleasant and professional. "

"The rooms were contract as were the beds. This hotel is located near the end of the town, about a 15 minute walk to town. They do provide you with complimentary shuttle poses to use the towns bus service to get around. There is no place to eat, so you must go elsewhere for all of your meals. We parked in the underground lot and left the car there for the duration of our stay, using the buses to get around."

"Hotel Canoe was the perfect Banff getaway. The location is ideal — right in town but still peaceful, with stunning mountain views. Our room was spotless, stylish, and super comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering great local tips. We requested a late checkout to experience the amenities with the kids and we were delighted, especially loved the rooftop hot tub. Beautiful design, great service, and unbeatable vibes. We can’t wait to come back!"
