We really enjoyed our stay over the Thanksgiving weekend. The condo was perfect for our family of 4 and Bernese Mountain Dog. It was super clean and well stocked for preparing our turkey dinner. Our favourite part was the walks behinds the condo. It was quite and beautiful with all of the fall colours and the flowing creek. We will definitely stay here again!
Overall good. Location close to Canmore. Couple of things need fixing but I messaged the host so think it will be done. Loved the coffee shop close by! Eclipse!
We greatly enjoyed our stay at Copperstone Resort! Jasmine was extremely responsive and flexible. The included national park pass was very helpful. There was some construction ongoing while we stayed there but it did not significantly impact our stay.

Cozy
Easy to get to, quiet and comfortable. The view wasn’t what we were expecting, and the construction next door we weren’t aware of until after booking. Bedrooms were beautiful, no bathroom on main floor which wasn’t ideal for our family needs. Overall stay was good though.
The place is well located as Banff and Canmore are easily accessible within minutes. However, in front of the windows a new house was built which resulted in little noise and a limited view. For the future, it will not be possible to see the mountains from the living room anymore.
Also, the kitchen equipment could be a little bit better quality and variety, but overall it is fine. To summarise, the level of cleanliness was okay.

Lots of space
Condo has plenty of room for family of 4, but the cleanliness of the condo could have been better. I was disappointed that 2 of the bed comforters were badly stained, just not what you want as a first impression. Also, I had to go to the store to buy steel wool pads to clean the frying pan.
Kitchen had most things necessary to cook meals at home, plenty of towels for bath and spa.
Condo is outside Canmore by about a 10 minute drive, so you do need a car to get to town for restaurants and shopping.
All the codes we had to remember was overwhelming, The hot tub was amazing. There is no mountain view due to new construction. The coffee machine needs to be replaced. There are no windows in one of the bedrooms.
This was a great property for our family of four for 2 weeks plus another adult for one of the weeks. Warm and well stocked with amenities, enough rooms for us to get some space when needed. Hot pool was a great addition and the pool table and gym were great too. Quick drive to Canmore for groceries. Host was very easy to communicate with. Thanks for a great stay.
The unit we rented is all that the pictures claim. The only drawback was that there was construction going on and the hammers started at 7:30 in the morning. Overall a great place to stay but would check going forward to see if work being done on the property. Jasmine is a great hostess.
Comfortable bedrooms and good location for Banff area
Generally it was like having a good place to bed down for the night and convenient location to Banff area. The negatives were your only real view was of another condo building under construction. The kitchen is very small and not optimized for large family cooking. Overall though it serves its purpose as if your visiting here for the national parks, you don't want to be hanging around that much in the building and you want to be out and about.
I hope you post this. This property was not great. It was very dirty. We walked around in socks and everyone socks were filthy. The dishwasher would not shut without slamming it and then it leaked and would shut off for no reason. There were hardly any drinking glasses - maybe only 3 and then 3 wine glasses. There were no seasonings or basic essentials for coffee in the AM. The main reason the property was so bad is that it was never made clear that both bathrooms were on the upstairs floor. Nothing on the main floor. 8 people in this property was a joke.

Nice condo but dirty
We were really disappointed in our stay at your condo. Having to wait for a hour and a half in the hallway was not a great way to start our stay due to the lock being broken and waiting for how we send someone . She did offer to send us to another room in a different building to wait but all our stuff was in a trolly and she said it would be 20 min so we de died to wait.
The condo was freezing when we entered at 13 degrees, the cleanliness was subpar in the kitchen and bathrooms. The dishes had to be washed before we could use them as they were dirty and greasy. The kitchen counters very filthy with a yellowish residue, he bathrooms shower/tubs were not cleaned and had residue all over them . The main bathroom had red mildew all over the shower curtain, which we have pictures of.
We spent our first day waiting to get in and cleaning the condo. I sent the owner a email saying the same as above this morning, which I have received no response from yet. Disappointing way to start a weekend with friends that flew in.
We were well please with the facilities, the location, and The ViewI

Room for improvement
Check in was easy and Jasmine was quick to respond leaving good directions to easy parking and access to unit. However, place was in need of repairs and updating*. Cleaning service did not clean floors or wipe food off the front of the microwave. First thing we did upon arrival was buy additional cleaning supplies and clean. After already settling in, we did not want the cleaning crew coming back. With a little effort the place could have been really nice. The construction was ridiculous and diggers started in the morning and went til 630/7pm. Sadly the new building going in will definitely hinder the beautiful Mountain View. Overall our trip was great bcuz we were out exploring all day, had we been familiar w the area ahead of time, it would have been nice to be able to walk to shops and restaurants. You have to drive if you want decent bars and food as there is nothing decent in Dead Man’s Flats. Air conditioning was sporadic at best. Upstairs never fully cooled off. Even when thermostat was turned down, the temperature never moved. On some days, it actually got warmer (yes it was set to AC not heat). *kitchen sink drips, oven door handle either loose or broken, closet door in master bedroom wouldn’t close properly, trim piece bwt kitchen tile and flooring loose (tripped multiple times), ash tray on the porch was never emptied, patio furniture in poor condition, no shelves in fridge door, dishwasher difficult to operate even w extra instructions to close tightly, supplies very limited (bought and left paper towel and laundry soap - toilet paper very limited for four adults), all placemats on the table were stained and dirty, second floor bathrooms only, and pictures barely hanging on the wall… again just little things that would have taken the place from good to better.
Our family enjoyed a pre-Christmas get-together. There was room for all and we were able to cook a Christmas dinner easily in the reasonably sized and stocked kitchen.
