This one bedroom condo is spacious and complete with all the comforts of home, and is professionally cleaned between stays. It offers a fully stocked modern kitchen with island, separate dining area and living area with cozy fireplace and queen-sized sofa bed. The unit has its own dedicated furnace and HVAC system, so the air you breathe is not shared with other units. High-speed fiber optic Internet, satellite cable TVs and in-suite laundry are also included. The unit backs onto a beautiful courtyard which is quiet and peaceful compared to many units in Canmore that face the highway or train noise. You also have your own private patio which is just steps away from shared BBQs, a fire pit seating area, additional patio tables and an outdoor hot tub that seats a maximum of 10 people (hot tub is closed when the temperature dips below minus 20 celcius). Heated secure underground parking is provided along with access to the fitness and games room. Our underground parkade also has a ski tuning station and bike racks. We even provide a COMPLIMENTARY DISCOVERY PASS that you and your family can borrow while visiting Banff or Yoho National Parks! If you plan to visit Kananaskis Country, you will need to purchase a Kananaskis Conservation Pass ($15/day) online or in person at the Kananaskis Visitor Information Centres (Barrier, Elbow and Peter Lougheed) or at the Canmore Nordic Centre Day Lodge. The Kananaskis pass is assigned to your vehicle's licence plate.
Guests can access our unit from the front doors of Building #2 along 2nd avenue, then follow the hallway to the end, exit into the courtyard and enter Building #4 on the left with the entry code provided. Building #4 can also be directly accessed via the underground parkade with the same entry code.
One vehicle per reservation is allowed to park in the underground parkade. Additional parking is available in the back of the Bighorn Inn & Suites nearby the resort if you have a second vehicle or your vehicle is higher than the 7 foot clearance required for the underground parkade. Second or third vehicles will be required to pay $15/day for parking underground or outside. Parking is also allowed for a maximum of 15 minutes along 2nd Avenue in front of the main resort building.
