"The hotel was very clean and updated. Staff were friendly, and the atmosphere inside the hotel was great. Much to be desired for downtown Calgary in general however. "

"The room was ok. Having to pay $25 a day for parking was unexpected. After checking in around 6pm we found the toilet was broken. Calling down we were told the maintenance man has left and we had to listen to the toilet run all night. My wife called the next morning on when it would be fixed and was told they had not been told from the day before. They did fix it that afternoon. I would rate our stay as mediocre."

"Great location. Easy to get in and out of downtown. Underground parking was great. Room was as a good size and bed was comfortable. Restaurant on site. Had a private function but ran them out of beer…. Nothing to do with the hotel but kinda funny!! Recommend!!"

"Convenient downtown location. Looks like it was upgraded recently which was nice. Only problem with our stay. Took 40 minutes for our vehicle to be brought up by the valet after we called for it. That was a major inconvenience for us. "
