"Booked a last minute stay at this location. I was to drive the 3 hours home after a day stop for work, but I was too tired. I arrived at the hotel before my reservation. The staff was extremely apologetic and willing to go above and beyond to notify me when the reservation arrived. I told them I would head over to dinner and come in after to see if it's come in. They were extremely friendly. Room was comfortable and quiet even though I had a room near the elevator. Breakfast the next morning was hot and I loved the fresh fruit option! At check out, Lane was the cherry on top of this trip! So friendly and clearly loves what he does. Would recommend staying here every time you stay in Missoula. "
