Superb apartment. Everything needed to make it a great place to stay. Spotlessly clean and tidy. Great location to beach/restaurant/bars/supermarket. Short walk to other popular areas. Rui, the host, was in touch to make sure we wanted for nothing. We will definitely be back. Thank you Rui.

We had an excellent stay. Property manager was fantastic, very easy to contact and responded right away. Great location, easy couple of minute walk to excellent dinning options and a Supermarket. Beach is easy 10 minute walk and is spectacular, better to walk parking gets crazy. Having central heating is a game changer in winter and spring, while we had great weather for the most part a couple of nights it was very welcome.Only minor complaints was the lack of necessities upon arrival. Salt, pepper any spices would have been nice, one roll of toilet paper in bathrooms. There just wasn’t much to get you started.

The apartment meets all the needs for a comfortable stay. Rui is amazing and is always available to assist when needed. When the AC had issues he had a new one installed within days. The area has many dining options and the beach which is breathtakingly beautiful is only a couple of minutes away on foot.

Good points:The complex is lovely and the location excellent.Apartment is a great size and 2 bathrooms a bonus.Bad points:Host tried to make a last minute change to the promised early check in.Poor cleaning regime including dirty crockery and cutlery and wet towels.Kitchen equipment needed editing with chipped cups/mugs and plates/bowls to be thrown out.All these issues were raised with the host who sent his colleague out but not followed up.We are at a loss to understand the previous reviews, which we had relied upon when choosing the apartment.

A great place to stay

It was perfect for our family of four. We have 5 and 1 yr old children. The apartment was clean, inviting and well furnished. The complex was quiet and safe. Parking was easy. But we booked this due to it's proximity to the beach. It was a short walk (maybe 10 min.) to a very long and interesting beach. Access to the beach requires navigating 50+/- stairs. It's also close to larger cities if that is your thing, but far enough out to keep a slow pace of living. There is a grocery store, restaurants and beach-wear shops on your way to the beach. Marta went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and welcome! We would stay here again.

A regressar!

A piscina é ótima.

A wonderful stay

We have just spent 3 months [April-July] in this lovely spacious apartment - birdsong on the balcony, well maintained urbanisation complex and the very friendly host, Rui, made sure it was well equipped and communicated with us throughout our stay [even providing bicycles for our use]. The apartment is 10 minutes walk from the stunning beach of Praia de Falesia which has a snack bar at the top of the steps, and 2 minutes walk to a lovely centre containing Gelato/restaurants, supermarket, bars, shops - only 4 minutes walk to a bus stop which takes you to surrounding areas and Albufeira. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, thanks Rui, hope to see you again next year.
