The Paphos Apartment is a charming 2-bedroom apartment, located in the Quinta Pedra dos Bicos complex, in Santa Eulália. Due to its location, this apartment is just a few minutes away from all amenities, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and the wonderful beaches.



Located on the ground floor, this apartment features 2 spacious fully equipped bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds, both with built-in wardrobes and full-length mirrors. There are also 2 bathrooms (one with a shower and bathtub and the other with a shower), an open-space kitchen, a living/dining room with comfortable seating and TV.



The Paphos Apartment also has a spacious balcony, furnished with tables, chairs, and sun loungers with direct access to all rooms, a perfect place to relax and enjoy an outdoor meal while enjoying the Algarvian sun. It also offers free internet and air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms.



In this wonderful complex, a short distance from the apartment, you will find the large pool and well-maintained gardens where you can rest and relax during your unforgettable vacation.



Due to its excellent location in the quiet area of Santa Eulália, this apartment is a short walk from the main street where you will find a variety of restaurants, shops, bars, banks, and supermarkets. Just a few minutes away, you will also find the famous Oura Street and the beach.



It is not necessary to rent a car, but if you prefer, we will be happy to help you with the reservation upon request. We can also help organize transfers if needed.



If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and both do not respect the property's change day, before proceeding with the reservation, please send us an information request so we can confirm if your dates can be accepted.



The change day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season).



Group deposit: €130 per person (payment by credit/debit card).

A reservation handling, insurance, and filing fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: reservation values (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfer, extras, and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the deposit.



Prices are for up to 4 people.

The 5th and 6th persons will be charged an additional amount that includes an extra bed (only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a crib (only €21 each, per week).



According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.
