Welcome to our delightfully designed home with amenities to serve a short or long term stay. Our home is located within walking distance of University of New Mexico. We are in the city center with access to many restaurants and a ten minute drive to most tourist attractions. This is a great escape as we have newly remodeled the space with all the modern comforts of home. We offer one queen bed, one full bathroom, a living room space, and a desk/office space which is co-located in the living area

We are available by message for any assistance, but otherwise, we give guests space to relax and explore.

This neighborhood offers the perfect blend of convenience and local culture. Just minutes from the University of New Mexico and the lively downtown district, you’ll find yourself surrounded by charming coffee shops, local eateries, eclectic boutiques, and vibrant nightlife. You can access the home anytime after 4pm by using the code provided with your check in instructions. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.

We are pet friendly. We do charge a pet fee of $50 per pet per stay. If you are in need of a late check out (checkout is 10am), we can assist for an additional $30 fee. Any additional fees will need to be coordinated and paid prior to stay.

Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
