The room was clean and comfortable. My complaint would have to do with the quality of the food offered. Some better tea choices and healthy items would be apriciated. Less higly processed food. And drinking water available, like a dispenser in the loby not bottles. The hot water was set a bit low. Not enough for a bath but fine for a shower.

Room was subpar. The door didn’t even close securely, it seemed like the weather stripping was worn or missing. The peep hole was unusable and you couldn’t see out of it. Very dangerous! The towel rack by the sink fell off every time a hand towel was used. The breakfast amenities were junk food for breakfast. The only positive was the shower water pressure was great. Will not stay here ever again.

The breakfast was granola bars and cereal when I had called ahead to see what was on the breakfast menu and was assured that it was a full breakfast menu. The parking lot did not make me feel safe even though it was small. When I booked the reservation, I did not realize that we would have to walk across the parking lot to go from our room to the swimming pool.

Its not the Hilton, my first disappointment was the provided beakfast was without any eggs. They charged for a couple paper plates to reheat some food in the microwave in the room. No furniture in the room that had drawers to put your belongings in. It was just basic convenience for us to visit a 95 year old. I most likely will not opt for another Days Inn stay.

Spacious spot in Rio rancho

Very nice staff- Spacious and clean suite that was very comfortable. The breakfast was kinda sad- weak weak coffee and only fruit loops, Raisin Bran, waffles and bananas. Not the most options for a breakfast. The location was great for Rio rancho events center. The area felt safe. Nice people working there and staying at hotel we’re all friendly people.

Been staying there for about 2 weeks each July for last 3 years. Near to relativess. Wondered about mirror sticker. Said they change sheets every 3 days. I had to ask for a change after a week. They did seem to come in replace towels. One day after a a rain the bathroom floor was dirty, thought they would have caught that and mopped. I like that give first floor.mopped.
