This hotel is not renovated completely. While the room seemed to be somehow renovated, the bathtub was pealing and parts of the shower was separated from the wall. The room was spacious and they had a good blackout curtain. Breakfast quality was poor. Lobby and other areas were not renovated and looked old and not in good shape. Luggage carts were partially broken and dirty Cleaning and breakfast staff was kind. Overall, not what expected compared to other La Quinta hotels we have stayed in.

There was nothing to like this place. Breakfast was the horrible. The staff was not friendly or even helpful. The Adult video store is right in front of the hotel. The area is very dangerous.

The staff at the desk were very accommodating. The breakfast staff left something to be desired. She was only really interested in collecting the vouchers. The coffee was just warm, things were not replaced and things were not ready when breakfast time started

The room itself had been recently renovated and was attractive and clean. The room was spacious and had a nice layout. The bathroom was definitely surface "clean", but had not been renovated so the chipped tiles and stained caulking made it less appealing. The bathroom fan was struggling and it sounded like a malfunctioning Keurig.

Liked the accessibility features in our room. My mom could navigate through it without having any problems. However the shower was dirty and the spout came out of the wall that would leak all over. Had to ask for a roll toilet paper every day and they would only give me one. The toilet didn’t flush right and would be running all day if we forgot to check it before we left the room. The staff was rude about a key not working when said I should have been more careful with placement of it. Had only two towels for two people. The only came to clean the room twice during a 7 night stay. When I asked why they said that is what they do. We had lots of garbage piled up because we only had 2 small garbage cans. The signs everywhere said we could request more cleaning but they wouldn’t honor it. The ice maker on the first floor worked once in the week stay. Breakfast wasn’t even good. Same old eggs, sausage, potatoes and toast every day. What is the purpose of doing guest of the day? We didn’t understand. Honestly I don’t plan on booking à la Quinta hotel in the future.

It was dirty and really needed to be cleaned. Air conditioning was almost non-existent. Most of the staff were helpful but there was one who was very rude. The policy to only clean room every 3 days was tolerable but towels should be replaced daily and trash should be taken out daily.

It was a dirty place and in terrible disrepair. We arrived at the motel at 2230. The present desk clerk was going off work and with the oncoming desk clerk they were outside smoking marijuana. I had to interrupt their smoking to get checked in and get questions answered. They were bad mouthing people they worked with. We had to listen to that talking. The check in clerk took a $50.00 deposit for incidentals. I wanted to buy a Pepsi and charge it to the room. I was told the Pepsi was not an incidental only damage to the room was. There was no iron, ironing board or hairdryer in the room. There were homeless people everywhere outside. There was a full decked out security guard who questioned us what we were doing when we were unloading our vehicle. It was a scary place! It was a forgotten place by La Quinta. Cracks in the filthy floor tile in the facility and rooms. The floors were sticky and made your socks dirty. The whole facility needs a make over!!

Unfortunately, the property was not that clean. We did not get the accommodations we requested, realized the sheet was not clean, had no hot water for showers and there was no one at the desk upon check out. After calling the front desk, were told to call back later in the morning.

Unfortunately this hotel was a disappointment. The room was large but there was no luggage rack and little closest space. The worst part was the bath and shower was peeling and very old. There was no tub mat so we used extra towels to line the tub so we wouldn’t have to step on the peeling surface. We were told all the rooms bath/shower were the same. This is unacceptable and false advertising on the part of the hotel. We realize the Balloon Fiesta increased the room prices but there should be a refund or discount for our stay. I will never stay at this hotel again!
