This is a solid 3. I checked in and got a dirty room. Management was quick to fix it but shouldn’t have happened. Santa Ana Star Casino Hotel
Some staff in the reservation counter are rude and just put us in a not so clean room. No view when we were supposed to get one. For $200 not worth it. Maybe if they can correct this and make it right with a refund we would consider coming back and making a new review. As of now, never again.
