Nice Hotel, Service Needs Improvement

The hotel was very nice, large rooms, all of the amenities. The staff however, while friendly and aiming to please, were not well trained. The majority seemed very young and inexperienced. When I voiced my concerns with the front desk, they went out of their way to make up for the short-comings.

We loved our stay at AlmaLusa. The suite was great, spacious, clean and well organized. The breakfast and lunch were totally excellent but my wife is allergic to fish so it would be great if there were more dinner options. Room was cleaned well every day.
