"Super place to stay"

"The great place we had such a fun time staying in this place! The owner and house manager were extremely communicative, and the house was well equipped with everything that we needed. There is a beach that’s a 15 minute walk away and the town is easy to taxi to and very cheap for the taxis. we could not have had a better place to stay for our vacation, and we highly recommend this place for others!"

"The villa was absolutely perfect for our group of 12. There was plenty of space for everyone and the bedrooms and bathrooms were enormous. Due to the amazing weather, we spent the whole time outside around the beautiful pool and eating outside in the outdoor kitchen, which was perfect for socialising and celebrating. Paul was a great host and really help before and during our stay. We’ll definitely be back."

"Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der wirklich schön angelegten Finca. Viele Sitzmöglichkeiten draussen und drinnen! Es hat uns sehr gefallen!"

"We had a wonderful time at the small villa near Port Pollenca. It's perfect for a couple and has everything you need. You have sun all day and can start your day with breakfast at the pool and view of the mountains. We will definitely come again. Thank you Catalina, Jero and Pablo"

"The house is very well located close to the beach. The owner is friendly and easy in communication. A small issue with the washing machine was promptly fixed with help. The downside of the property, especially in fall, is the shaded garden because of the trees. The house was damp and even moldy in the upstairs bedroom. Besides the area is known for a lot of mosquito's with the nearby lake."

"The listing should say no air conditioning. Also, the kitchen is not well equipped - sparse serving facilities and the fridge is not cold. The facilities otherwise were perfectly good for a family getaway and we really enjoyed it."

"We stayed in Isabel’s property pre covid and we’re so pleased to be able to return again this year. Contact, arrival procedure and access to the property were all clear and simple. The property was even better than last time where there have been a number of upgrades. The property is well maintained and the ‘secret garden’ is beautiful and a wonderful place to spend sunny days and warm evenings. "Great property in a lovely undeveloped area of Mallorca. Not touristy, quiet residential type area. Not too far from Arta and some beautiful coves if you are prepared to put the effort in to explore. Great base to explore Mallorca from. House was very clean and spacious. "A great villa in Can Picafort- we stayed with family at the villa and the place was amazingly beautiful. The pictures don’t do the reality justice (the place is even better in person!). The area is not so touristy (more of a quiet and residential location) but it’s still only a few minutes walk from the local beach, a major supermarket and various restaurants. I recommend hiring a car as there’s a lot to see and do but without a car can cost a lot on logistics with taxis etc. A great host...
