The hotel is fairly modern, spacious and clean. There are plenty of sun loungers around the pool area and it's situated away from noisy bars etc. Breakfast has a wide selection. However the pillows are hard as concrete (noted in many reviews) and the hotel need to change these. The requirement to pay extra for the safe is also poor for a hotel of this standard.

Very nice hotel with good facilities, especially the outdoor and indoor pools & spa. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Excellent choice at the breakfast buffet, including gluten free options. We also enjoyed the evening entertainment throughout the week. A few small gripes: Toiletries provided are basic: only a combined shampoo/shower gel but no conditioner or body lotion. No kettle in the bedroom. Only one small water bottle per person provided in the fridge at the start of the stay. No water fountain anywhere in the hotel to top up reusable bottles. There is always a lengthy queue for the freshly cooked breakfast options - it would be helpful to have a second staff member at these stations.

The property was clean, modern, and well-maintained, especially compared to other accommodations we were considering before our trip. The staff were warm, friendly, and always willing to help, with the breakfast team providing particularly attentive service each morning. We had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time. One detail that stood out was how the hotel handled our request for a room on a higher floor. Although one was not available upon arrival, the staff later contacted us and proactively arranged a room change as soon as one became available. We truly appreciated their effort and commitment to guest satisfaction. When we return to Mallorca, we will definitely consider staying at Marítimo again. Highly recommended!

Loved my stay here at Maritimo. Room was immaculate. No sunbed wars. Plenty around both pools at any time of day whether you wanted sun or shade. Close to the beach, walk there within 2-3 minutes. Lots of little shops and restaurants nearby amd the infamous Posh Paddy Irish bar that has live music on Tuesday amd Friday. So much choice at mealtimes. Breakfast there are hot and cold options. Everything you could hope for. Evening meals there are themed nights, but if you don't like a theme there are still plenty of other options to choose from. Food was incredible. You can tell its all fresh. Not processed rubbish at all. Excellent! So many deserts to choose from each night too. Struggled to make a decision! They are a nice size though if you want to choose a selection. You can choose to have your room cleaned every other night in exchange for €15 per night that your room is not cleaned. This more than covered my evening meal drinks so I had nothing to pay upon checking out. Staff friendly. Poop smack bar is open from 12.30-15.30 for food but starts serving drinks from 11am. You can ask for drinks in plastic so you can take them by the pool. Bar is table service. Even at night. So just grab a seat and someone will come to take your order. I also booked a massage whilst at the hotel which was also excellent. Will definitely be back next year!

The entire place smelt fresh & clean. Everyone you saw from front desk staff to the laundry team greeted you with a smile & wished you a wonderful day. It was too cold to enjoy the outside amenities but the hot tub spa we did take advantage of…nice & clean but could have been a bit warmer. The food!!…was overwhelmingly amazing. Thank goodness we were riding as much as we did or we would have gained weight!
