CHARMING holiday apartment "Can Tony" is located just 100 meters from the white sandy beach of Alcudia, thirteen kilometers long. It is completely renovated with quality materials and tastefully decorated in a Mediterranean style. It has 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room with a terrace in front of the house, a spacious fully equipped kitchen and a large terrace with a seating area and comfortable sofas, a large table for 8 people to eat at any time of the day as always at the shade, a brick barbecue and deck chairs.

Ideal for families who want to do without a car during their holidays, since everything is in the immediate vicinity.

The tourist tax (€ 2.20 / night / adult) are not included in the price and must be paid in cash on arrival.

The beach is only 2 minutes away. Supermarkets and restaurants 200 meters.

Ideal for a relaxing beach holiday without a car and with a lot of privacy and space.

Great property, but some room for improvement

This is a fantastic property in a great location, however, there are a few areas that could easily be improved. No shampoo or shower gel was provided which seemed a little stingy when the property isn't exactly the cheapest on the market. We had nowhere near enough towels for our stay. We emailed the agents halfway through the week but never received any form of response (or any towels). We ended up going out and buying more. When we were staying there was a lot of loud building noise from the property above. I'm sure this will have gone by the next Summer season but worth checking. Finally, there is zero wifi coverage in the kitchen area. This was a bit frustrating as it was where we spent most of our evenings. A simple signal booster would improve this easily.

Pop back from the beach to grab a drink from the fridge!

Our family of five (mum,dad & three children) had a great stay here late October/21. It's a 1-2 minute walk from the fantastic Alcudia beach (passing a childrens playground) and a short walk from either the marina eating/shopping or the main 'strip' eating/shopping. Great location. There are also some shops a few minutes walk away for the quick pickups etc, and some bars/restaurants. The accomodation is something a little different (which is good) in that it has the main living, bathing, sleeping spaces, but then also an outdoor living/eating space in the form of a rear courtyard. The kitchen/diner is reached via the courtyard; fun, we all thought that was great. There is also another shower/bathroom off of the courtyard, as well as a utility-room. Plenty of seating both inside and outside. The apartment is clean, bright and roomy with fast (fibre-to-property) Wi-Fi for the kids. Anna the property-manager was friendly, helpful and accomodating. Overall we would recommend on every-level and stay here again should we find outselves in this part of the world again.

saubere großzügige FeWo, mit kurzem Weg zum Strand. Super finde ich die im Außenbereich gelegene Küche und das offene Esszimmer. Anna unsere Ansprechpartnerin von CanToni war bei immer erreichbar und versorgte uns mit den nötigen Info´s

Traumhafter Urlaub in ruhiger, strandnaher Lage

Zusammenfassung: Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung, hier würden wir jederzeit wieder Urlaub machen! Lage und Umgebung: Die Wohnung liegt in zweiter Reihe zum Strand und in unmittelbarer Nähe zu allen schönen Dingen, die man sich wünschen kann. Ein Spielplatz liegt auf dem Weg zum Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ein Katzensprung entfernt und Alcudias Strandpromenade sowie Ortskern sind mit einem kurzen Spaziergang von 5min erreichbar. Verleihstationen von Rollern oder Rädern sind überall zu finden. Parkplätze sind frei verfügbar direkt vor dem Haus an der Straße. Die Wohnung ist ca. 50min Autofahrt vom Flughafen in Palma entfernt. Öffis haben wir nicht verwendet. Wohnung: 3 Schlafzimmer, großes Wohnzimmer und von dem Wohnbereich seperierter Küchenraum im schönen und großzügigen Außenbereich. Die Abgetrennte Küche ist super praktisch mit Kids, da diese dort spielen können, wenn drinnen noch jemand schlafen möchte. :-) Klimaanlagen sind vorhanden, aber die Wohnung ist nicht komplett der Sonne ausgesetzt und bleibt somit relativ kühl. Es gibt zwei Bäder, beide mit Dusche, eins im Wohnbereich, eins im Außenbereich. Vermieter: Super kompetente, freundliche und unkomplizierte Kommunikation über WhatsApp vor Anreise und auch während des Aufenthalts. Hierfür ein herzliches Dankeschön an Pedro und Dagmar! Bis bald, hoffentlich! :-)

Mooie locatie

Mooie ruime woning, keuken buiten is leuk in de zomer nu vooral ‘s morgens een klein beetje frisjes maar vooral heel veel muggen waardoor het niet gezellig buiten zitten was. Poetsen was vooral oppervlakkig ( alles onder de zetel geveegd) maar zijn na een opmerking onmiddellijk opnieuw langs gekomen. Super locatie, op 2 min stappen van het strand. Enige wat ontbrak was een warm welkom ( mevr was super gehaast) en wat meer uitleg( waar is een goeie bakker/ resto/ afhaal, wat is er te doen in de buurt,...)

Love, love loved it! We will be back.

Perfect location for parents with young kids. 3 minutes walk to beautiful sandy beach in a gentle bay, and 2 minutes to a lovely playground. Supermarket at the top of the road supplied our daily fresh pastries and basic necessities. For a bigger shop the Lidl is a short (Max 10 min) walk away. All conveniences within a stones throw which made life easy and a more enjoyable holiday. Tonya at the management company organised 2 cots and high chairs for my twin babies, which were a godsend. everything was organised ahead of time and ready for our arrival. The house is lovely quiet location and spacious inside to have some space for kids to play. Kitchen is an annex to the main house, which can be a bit cumbersome having to sterilise baby bottles etc, but well stocked and beautifully set up. So definitely not a deal breaker. The owner was great and even bought us dinner for the inconvenience as the satellite TV wasn’t working and the technician could not get out in time. He was just lovely!

Erholsame Tage in Alcudia

Ich kann dieses Objekt ohne Einschränkung empfehlen! Man hat ausreichend Platz, es ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Außerdem ist der Kontakt zum Vermieter äußerst angenehm. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, zu Fuß ist man in wenigen Schritten am Strand und in wenigen Minuten in der Stadt, mit dem Auto findet man jederzeit einen Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus. Wir werden diesen Urlaub auf jeden Fall lange in Erinnerung behalten und haben mit der Ferienwohnung eine sehr gute Erfahrung gemacht!

Vivienda espectacular

La vivienda es magnifica, tiene una ubicación perfecta al lado de la playa, en una zona muy tranquila. Se duerme perfectamente sin ruidos molestos. Tiene aire acondicionado en todos los cuartos. Todo es muy nuevo y cuidado, y tiene todo lo necesario para la estancia. La agencia que lleva la vivienda es muy profesional y te acoge con mucho cariño.

Excellent accommodation, the pictures don't do it justice

Have just returned home from a superb week spent at Can Tony with my wife and 3 year old son. We were a bit anxious before we arrived due to the property being new to rent and only a couple of reviews existing. But when we walked into the property all that fear disappeared...it has been renovated to a really high standard and actually was more than we expected. One of our favourite parts was the roofed terrace at the rear of the property, complete with dining areas and outdoor sofas. So even when it did rain (which was only once) we could still spend time outside relaxing/eating. The property was well equipped including full English sky channels which was great for keeping our son occupied while we're getting ready etc. The only thing I missed personally was a safe for our cash and valuables. I'd also like to mention Tonja from Alcudia Property who was extremely helpful throughout the whole booking process and holiday - she could not do enough for us. Location was great, at the end of the road was a play park (which the little one loved) plus the amazing beach, the opposite end of the road had a Spa shop which was really handy to get fresh bread and pastries in the morning. Overall we loved our stay and wish we were still there...

Brilliant holiday, brilliant property with a brilliant manager!

We were a family of 6 that visited Can Tony in May - 4 adults, a 4 year old and a baby. The property itself is wonderful. It is very recently renovated and everything is shiny and new. There are 3 good sized bedrooms (2 doubles and 1 twin) with a lovely lounge area. The TV in the lounge had literally 1000s of channels including hundreds of English channels so something for all visitors! The highlight for us though was the outside space which is really big and provided us with lots of options. There is a big covered area which was great when it was hot - this had two comfy sofas in there and a large dining table for outdoor eating which we used every day! There are also uncovered areas meaning we were able to sit out of the front of the house when it was sunny and soak up the rays! There is also a brand new barbecue which we were the first to use and is plenty big enough for a large family. The kitchen is well stocked and provided everything we need. The location of the property is absolutely amazing. It was literally 2 minutes walk to the beach and there was a fantastic playground on the way to the beach which our 4 year old daughter absolutely loved. We also had a Spar supermarket 1 minute walk away and lots of lovely restaurants right on the door step too - a number of which we ate at and were very accommodating for children. The marina is a short 10-15 minute walk away and you are very close to the main road to get the bus to the old town (or it is about a 30 minute walk). You really couldn't be in a better position! I'd also like to save a special word for the manager, Tonja. Nothing was too much trouble. She answered lots of questions I had beforehand and even helped me organise a transfer from the airport as there were some road closures due to the ironman event. She met us at the property on arrival and showed us around and provided some wine (and chocolates for the kids!) on arrival. Her communication was amazing and was regularly in touch on WhatsApp to check everything was ok and was quick to help us out when we accidentally tripped the electricity for the oven. Nothing was too much trouble! Overall we had an absolutely amazing holiday and will have no hesitation in returning back to Can Tony again!
