The house Adelfa is a wonderful choice for those who wish to enjoy a vacation on the beach of Alcudia. Spacious interiors with large living room, 3 bedrooms equipped for your comfortable rest one of them with en suite bathroom. You will find another bathroom with a large bathtub next to the bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook whatever you want. The house has air conditioning in the living room and in two bedrooms, wifi and satellite tv.

Lush exteriors thanks to its hibiscus flowers and other plants. Includes Barbecue with large table where you can enjoy outdoor meals in good company. Relax in the Majorcan sun in its two sunbeds located outside.

Ideal location to enjoy a vacation of sun and beach in Alcudia. 2 minutes on foot of the wonderful beach of Alcudia, known for its white sand and its crystalline waters, an ideal beach to go with children thanks to its extensive little depth. Lovely house close to the beach

Finally after two years with the pandemic, we got to visit Alcudia and this lovely, perfect located house once again. This was our third vacation at this property and as always we are very happy with everything.. we were 6 adults / young adults, and stayed for 11 nights… we will for sure come back next time we visit Alcudia. Very nice, friendly and helpful host. Thanks for yet another perfect holiday in sunny Alcudia 🌞🌞

Wir waren zufrieden

Wir sind 4 Personen gewesen und waren alle sehr zufrieden. Ja es gibt Kleinigkeiten die man besser machen könnte . Aber die Lage ist super alles zentral gelegen die Nähe zum Meer 3 min ist man da. Es war sehr ruhig gewesen. Die Agentur ist zu nett und sehr hilfsbereit egal was man brauchte . Wir danken für alles Verbessern kann man z.B. das der die linke große Seite vom Gasgrill funktioniert ohne das man es mit einem Streichholz anzünden muss. Die Spannbetttücher waren in dem ersten Zimmer so hart wie Stein und ein Staubsauger wäre immer super in einem Haus anstatt nur ein Besen . Was auch genervt hat draußen die Dusche die hat getropft permanent und dementsprechend konnte man nicht mit offenen Fenster schlafen . Ansonsten war es s super .

Unterkunft mit perfekter Lage

Die Lage ist einfach perfekt, nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt. Die Sauberkeit in der Unterkunft war hervorragend, alles war makellos sauber und gepflegt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden, was sehr praktisch war. Außerdem war die Anbindung an den Bus super, sodass man bequem und einfach die Umgebung erkunden konnte. Insgesamt war mein Aufenthalt hier einfach nur fantastisch und ich kann diese Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Das Ferienhaus liegt super! Zum Strand sind es 2 min zu Fuß, auch Supermärkte und Restaurants sind alle fußläufig zu erreichen. Im Appartement ist alles vorhanden (Spüli, Waschpulver, Tabs etc), was man braucht. Die Liegen sind etwas unbequem, aber man liegt ja sowieso die meiste Zeit am Strand. Die Betten sind für sehr große Menschen recht kurz.

Tolles Ferienhaus direkt am Sandstrand von Alcudia

Wir waren dieses Jahr mit unseren beiden Kleinkindern in dem Ferienhaus in Alcudia. Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist optimal. Wie beschrieben, ist das Objekt nur 80 Meter vom Sandstrand in Alcudia entfernt. Es liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Seitenstraße und das Objekt ist aufgrund der schönen Bepflanzung von der Straße nicht einsichtig und es gibt immer genügend schattige und sonnige Plätze zum Ausruhen. Kinder können optimal rund um das Haus gefahrlos spielen, da es eingezäunt ist. Der Hafen (viele Restaurants) sind fußläufig über die sehr schön angelegte Promenade zu erreichen. Zwei große Supermärkte sind lediglich 300 Meter entfernt. Ein Auto ist somit nicht unbedingt notwendig. Das Ferienhaus hat 3 Schlafzimmer (zwei mit Klimaanlage) ein Innenbadezimmer mit Badewanne und WC und ein Außenbad mit Dusche und WC. Außerdem gibt es eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit Gasofen und einem großen Kühlschrank und einen großzügig angelegten Wohn-Essbereich. Der Zustand des Hauses ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Für die Kinder gibt es zahlreiches Sand- und Strand- und Wasserspielzeug, sowie einen Kinderstuhl und ein Babybett. Die Vermittlung über die Agentur war sehr gut organisiert und die Übergabe des Domizils ging schnell und problemlos. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Super gelegenes Ferienhaus in Port Alcudia mit bester Infrastrukturanbindung

Das Ferienhaus besitzt drei Schlafzimmer. Zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem französischen Bett und ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten. Ein Schlafzimmer besitzt keine Klimaanlage aber mit offener Tür kein Problem. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und in den Kühlschrank paßt alles notwendige hinein. Wir fanden die Sitzecke vorm Haus super, da von Grünpflanzen umgeben. Hinter dem Haus existiert eine Garage mit Tisch und Grillecke, die wir nicht nutzten. Einzig die Mücken haben uns mächtig geärgert und am Abend nach innen vertrieben. In direkter Nähe findet man alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs, was uns das Mietauto ersparte. Durch die Lage in zweiter Strandreihe ist alles sehr ruhig aber der Strand und das Meer trotzdem schnell zu erreichen. Alles in allem waren wir super zufrieden mit dem Ferienhaus und können es jederzeit empfehlen.

Lage des Hauses, Sauberkeit, netter Empfang Es gab keine Heizung wie angegeben, sondern nur Klimaanlage, der Heizkörper im Bad war nicht angeschlossen (Heizung war für uns ein Auswahlkriterium). In den ersten Tagen haben wir sehr gefroren( das Haus war sehr ausgekühlt) und uns alle erkältet.
