"Great place too stay especially for us cyclists"

"Der Garten und die Lage des Hauses ist super. Das Haus selbst ist an und für sich auch okay aber die Küche ist sehr Alt und schmuddelig. Das keine Spülmaschine vorhanden sollte explizit ausgezeichnet sein. Für uns gehört das zum absoluten Standard eines Ferienhauses. Tägliches Abwaschen mit der Hand gehört für uns nicht zum Urlaub. "Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden was man brauchte. Durch die Lage im Villenviertel hatten wir nachts absolute Ruhe, so dass wir wirklich entspannt nach Hause kamen. Vielen Dank nochmal an Frau Dahl, die uns wertvolle Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben hat."

There is a beach that’s a 15 minute walk away and the town is easy to taxi to and very cheap for the taxis. we could not have had a better place to stay for our vacation, and we highly recommend this place for others!"

"As the title says really. Cannot fault it. Alcudia is a thirty minute walk but there are bicycles at the property for a faster journey to get groceries. There is a swimming spot nearby, ten mins walk, but it is not a sandy beach, but it is very quiet. For a sandy beach you'd have to drive really or an hours walk."

However, some of the photos are misleading as dining chairs were different and very uncomfortable, there were no placemats or coasters at all for the table. "Maison idéalement située tout près d’une belle plage de sable. Alcudia est une très jolie ville à visiter, et le point de départ de nombreuses routes touristiques. Jolie piscine (plus petite que l’impression donnée par la photo) et pet ou jardin avec table et chaises mais malheureusement nous n’avons profité ni de l’un ni de l’autre: la piscine n’était pas chauffée et elle comme le jardin étaient infestés de moustiques (bien sûr cela n’est pas en lien avec la location à proprement parler). "Well equipped with everything that is needed for indoor and outdoor living. Far enough off of the beaten path and not too far from Pollenca and Alcudia and their ports. We would definitely rent this villa again!"

The ocean was beautiful clear and calm with lots of activities available near by such as jet skiing, long boarding and windsurfing. "We enjoyed staying at this very nice house. Overall the experience was good. However, there are a couple of things to mention though. It appears that this place is recently became available for VrBo. Owners have checked in a couple of times reminding when we should leave the premises and there are minor items that could be improved. Lockbox gets stuck at times, towels could be better and the fact that you would have a electric usage charge is not common but will certainly recommend the place...

"We have just returned from a family holiday, 6 adults and a small child. The villa is beautiful. Better than the photographs! It is private in a quiet street not heavy with passing traffic and away from the main buzz of the clubs and bars. The beach is a 15 minute walk. There are plenty of restaurants and shops close by within 5 minutes walk. The rooms are large and spacious, plenty of space for everyone. "I had a very nice stay. The breakfast buffet was exceptional with lots of variety. Loved the nightly entertainment at the bar. Room had a kitchenette and was clean and comfortable. The only issue was that the mattress felt poor quality and sunk in significantly. Aside from this, everything else was excellent. "
